Eligibility & Account
- You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable laws.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Please keep your profile details (e.g., delivery address, phone, email) accurate and updated.
Products, Colours & Sizes
- Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes.
- Minor size tolerances/trim variations can occur in printed items (e.g., posters), which are considered normal production variance.
- Where frames or accessories are shown in photos, they may be illustrative unless specifically included.
Pricing, Taxes & Errors
- Prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout (GST will be shown where applicable).
- We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and availability without prior notice.
- If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to an error, we may cancel/refund the order or request the difference before processing.
Orders, Packs & Customization
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., stock, address, payment risk).
- Packs/Bundle Offers: Where packs allow selection of items, availability is limited to qualifying products/categories as shown. Substitutions may be required if an item is out of stock; we’ll contact you if needed.
- Custom Uploads: You must have the right to use any uploaded content. We may refuse content that violates law or our policies.
Payments (COD / Razorpay)
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) where available and online payments via Razorpay. Additional payment methods may be added over time.
- For COD, eligibility may vary by pincode and order amount; we may require confirmation (e.g., OTP/call) or convert to prepaid at our discretion.
- Online payments are processed by third-party gateways; your bank may charge fees. If a transaction fails but is debited, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank/gateway.
Shipping, Risk & Delivery
- Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative. Delays can occur due to courier constraints, holidays, or local events.
- Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packages at delivery.
- Undeliverable/incorrect addresses may result in cancellation or re-shipping charges.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
- Please refer to our Returns/Replacement Policy for timelines and eligibility.
- Report damage/defects with clear photos within the stated window after delivery.
- Customized items may be non-returnable unless defective/damaged on arrival.
- Orders can sometimes be cancelled before dispatch; once shipped, standard return rules apply.
Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, product images, UI) is owned by IMAGINOZ or licensed to us, protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Reviews & User Content
- By submitting reviews or uploads, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for our business purposes (including marketing), subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
