This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted, processed, and refunded on our store. By placing an order with IMAGINOZ, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Online prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, NetBanking, major debit/credit cards as supported by the gateway).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes and order values.
Note: Available methods can vary by order amount, location, or risk checks.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability depends on your delivery pincode and order total. We may impose a COD fee or minimum/maximum order amount.
- We may contact you for confirmation (e.g., call/SMS/OTP). Orders failing verification can be cancelled or converted to prepaid.
- Please keep exact cash ready at delivery. Refusal or repeated non-acceptance may affect future COD eligibility.
Online Payments (Razorpay)
- Online transactions are processed by Razorpay. You’ll be redirected to Razorpay’s secure interface or a secure embedded checkout.
- Your bank may levy transaction/forex charges as per your card/network rules.
- If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank/gateway. See Payment Failures.
Payment Security
- IMAGINOZ does not store your full card data on our servers. Sensitive payment data is handled by the gateway.
- Always complete payment only on our website/app or on Razorpay’s secure pages. Avoid sharing OTPs or card details with anyone.
Pricing, Fees & Taxes
- All prices are in INR. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and delivery/COD fees are shown at checkout.
- We may revise prices, fees, or offers without prior notice. In case of pricing errors, orders may be cancelled/refunded or the difference requested before processing.
Coupons, Offers & Wallet
- Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, and can’t be combined with other offers unless specified.
- If an order using a coupon is cancelled/refunded, the coupon usage is considered consumed unless our offer terms say otherwise.
- Wallet/credit adjustments (if provided) are discretionary and follow specific campaign rules.
Payment Failures
- If your online payment fails but your account is debited, most banks/gateways auto-reverse within a few business days.
- If you don’t see a reversal after 7 business days, contact your bank with the payment reference. You can also write to us, and we’ll help wherever possible.
Refunds & Reversals
- Refunds (for cancellations/returns as per our Returns Policy) are issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank/gateway and typically range from 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
- For COD orders, approved refunds are processed to your UPI/bank as collected by our support team.
Chargebacks
- If a chargeback/dispute is raised with your bank, we may contact you for clarification and supporting documents.
- Unresolved or repeated chargebacks can lead to order cancellations, account restrictions, or denial of COD/prepaid services.
Invoice & GST Details
- A tax invoice will be generated for your order. For business purchases, please enter your GSTIN correctly at checkout (if supported) before payment.
- Invoice corrections after dispatch may be limited by compliance timelines.
Verification & Fraud Prevention
- We may verify orders (address/phone/email) and reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or policy abuse with a full refund where applicable.
Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you pay with a non-INR instrument, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
