1) Overview
We ship across India using trusted courier partners to deliver your orders safely and quickly. Timelines and fees below are indicative and may vary by pincode, order size, season, or carrier capacity. This policy should be read with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2) Serviceability & Coverage
- We currently ship to most serviceable Indian pincodes via: Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, India Post (select routes).
- If your pincode is unserviceable for doorstep delivery, we will contact you with alternate options (nearby pickup or refund).
- COD availability may differ from prepaid serviceability for the same pincode.
3) Processing & Dispatch Times
- Typical processing/packing time: 1–2 business days.
- Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM IST are often dispatched the same/next business day.
- Made-to-order/custom items may require additional time. We’ll update you if so.
4) Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (Metros: 2–4 business days, Rest of India: 3–7 business days)
- Express service (where available): 1–3 business days
- Delivery estimates exclude Sundays/holidays and start from dispatch date.
5) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on prepaid orders of ₹599 and above.
- For orders below the threshold or for COD, nominal shipping/handling may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Bulky or fragile items may attract special packing fees (displayed before payment).
6) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pincodes/items. A handling fee of ₹40 may apply.
- Repeated refusals/RTOs may lead to COD being disabled for your account in future.
7) Tracking & Notifications
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Tracking may take a few hours to reflect movement.
- For any status concerns, reach us with your order number and tracking ID.
8) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
- Address changes are best requested before dispatch. Post-dispatch changes are subject to carrier constraints.
- Couriers usually make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Keep your phone reachable for coordination.
9) Delays & Exceptions
- Weather, strikes, remote locations, and peak season can impact timelines. We’ll do our best to assist.
- In rare cases of operational constraints, shipments may be temporarily routed via India Post.
10) International Shipping
International shipping is currently not enabled. For bulk/export enquiries, write to contact@saertechnologies.com.
11) Packaging & Partial Shipments
- We pack posters and decor securely to minimize transit damage.
- Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days.
12) RTO (Return to Origin) & Reshipment
- If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal, we can reship after address verification. Additional shipping/COD fees may apply.
- Unclaimed COD parcels may affect future COD eligibility.
13) Lost / Damaged in Transit
- Please report transit damage or tampered packaging within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Lost-in-transit cases are resolved with the courier; we’ll keep you updated and arrange replacement/refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
