Overview

We understand plans can change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, how refunds are processed, and the differences between cancelling before and after dispatch. Please also see our Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Window

  • You can request cancellation Before dispatch / shipping label generation.
  • If the order has been packed / handed over, we will try to stop it but cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • If the order has already shipped, the request will be treated as a return (see Returns & Refunds Policy); actual 2-way shipping & handling costs will be deducted if the parcel is already in transit.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. My Orders  →  Select Order  →  Cancel (if shown), or
  2. Email us at contact@saertechnologies.com or call +91 85276 45605 with your order number and reason.

Tip: The faster you contact us, the higher the chance we can stop dispatch.

Pre-Shipment vs Post-Shipment

  • Pre-Shipment: We’ll cancel and initiate a refund (for prepaid) or simply close the order (for COD).
  • Post-Shipment: We attempt a courier halt. If not possible, please refuse the delivery or create a return after delivery. In such cases, actual 2-way shipping & handling costs will be deducted if the parcel is already in transit.

Special Cases (Made-to-Order / Custom)

Made-to-order or personalized items may not be cancellable once production has started. If cancellation is still possible, deductions for material/printing already done may apply.

Partial Cancellations & Bundles

  • Partial items: Allowed if the remaining order still qualifies for the offer used. Otherwise, pricing may be recalculated.
  • Bundles / Packs: If you cancel part of a bundle, we’ll re-price the remaining items as per their individual prices and adjust the refund accordingly.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank/issuer dependent). Store wallet refunds, if opted, are typically Instant–24 hours.
  • Shipping/handling: If the order hasn’t shipped, paid shipping is refundable. Once in transit, 2-way logistics and packing charges may be deducted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations

  • Pre-dispatch COD cancellations are free. Post-dispatch refusals may incur actual 2-way shipping & handling costs will be deducted if the parcel is already in transit.
  • Repeated COD refusals/RTOs may lead to COD being disabled for your account. (Standard COD handling elsewhere is ₹40 when applicable.)

Coupons, Discounts & Store Credits

  • On cancellation, coupon benefits may be removed if the eligibility threshold is no longer met.
  • Used one-time coupons are not re-issued unless the entire order is cancelled pre-dispatch.
  • Store credits used will be returned to the same wallet/account.

Fraud, Abuse & Safety Holds

We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged for payment risk, address issues, excessive RTOs, or policy abuse. Any amounts captured will be refunded per this policy.
